5* Halkidiki - Sani Power

Location: Greece, Halkidiki

After much effort, the Hotel Insider reached the completion of the study for the 5-stars of Halkidiki. Some of the reasons for the delay were of a technical nature, but in Halkidiki we encountered for the first time various peculiarities such as:

a) It is difficult to find availability in peak months by searching less than 7 nights

b) Some hotels have not yet set prices, some offer discounts for Genius customers and some do not. The good thing is that we didn't find any Parter Offers anywhere here! What should the contractors of the hotels of Halkidiki know and avoid the misfortunes while the rest of Greece ignores it?

c) The various meal plans (BB, UK and AI) play an important role here in relation to the Cyclades and other areas, so we had to strengthen our system to be able to provide us with this information as well.

d) The Sani Group has made it somewhat difficult for us to capture the popularity of each unit individually, e.g. is the customer seeking information about the Sani Club or Sani Resort interested specifically in the specific hotel or in the hotels of the group in general?

Nevertheless, I hope that we have come close to the final results. As the list below shows, far ahead of everyone else is Sani Beach followed by Ikos Olivia. They are followed by Acrotel Athena, Ikos Oceania, Porto Carras, Meliton, Sani Dunes etc.

I repeat here that this list has been made as an answer to the question: If all hotels sold at the same price, which of them would be filled first? It goes without saying that we have included the capacity of each one in our equations and therefore this factor has been taken into account to get the final result. Usually in other areas small boutique hotels with sufficient demand have some advantage and figure in the first places, but this time the Sani Group together with Porto Carras dominate.
